This includes compiling feedback from both the candidate and hiring manager to determine the interests of all parties. Further, we will discuss how to present the offer, best practices for negotiating, and closing the deal.

This critical module focuses on managing the pivotal period after interviews conclude. You'll develop structured approaches for gathering and sharing meaningful feedback between candidates and hiring managers, master techniques for accurately gauging candidate interest levels while identifying potential objections, and learn to clearly communicate next steps, including employment references, background checks, and assessment requirements—ensuring a transparent process that keeps candidates engaged.
