The course provided a clear understanding of leadership as a dynamic process involving leaders, followers, and situations. It helped me analyse how followers, context, and the environment influence leadership effectiveness. The coverage of various leadership and followership theories was insightful and well-structured. I found the discussion on the qualities of good and bad leaders especially practical and relatable. Overall, the course was engaging, informative, and highly useful for real-world application.
