The Valuation Modeling Specialization equips learners with the practical skills used by finance professionals to analyze companies, build financial models, and estimate business value. Through hands on training in business valuation, 3-statement modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook presentation design, learners develop a complete end to end valuation workflow used in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, and FP&A roles.
Learners will build integrated financial models in Excel, forecast company performance, apply market and intrinsic valuation methodologies, and communicate insights through professional presentations and investor ready materials. By the end of the Specialization, learners will have the technical and analytical foundation needed to evaluate businesses and support real world financial decision making with confidence.
Applied Learning Project
Learners will complete hands on projects that simulate real world finance workflows, including building integrated 3-statement models, performing DCF and comparable company valuations, and creating professional pitchbook presentations. These projects require learners to analyze financial data, forecast company performance, estimate business value, and communicate investment insights to support authentic business and investment decisions.
